1861, 1¢ blue (Scott 63), o.g., very lightly hinged, a marvelous World Class example of this incredibly difficult stamp, virtually perfectly centered with generous margins all around, with alluring rich color unlike anything we have ever encountered; a real stunner that would please the most quality conscious collector, and a stamp deserving placement in the finest of collections, Extremely Fine to Superb, 2014 P.S.E. certificate graded XF-SUP-95 (1 of only 5 examples achieving this high grade, with only 2 others currently grading higher).

1861, 3¢ pink (Scott 64), bottom margin single with plate number and part imprint, o.g., hinged, a most impressive example of this extremely rare mint stamp in the true PINK shade, showing a nice portion of the plate #12 this stamp was printed by; completely sound and attractive in a quality rarely found on this issue; a "must have" for any collector looking to fill that impossible spot in his or her album, and an even more desirable stamp for the plate number single collector, as this stamp is probably unique as a plate single, Fine, 2014 P.S.E. certificate.

1861, 3¢ lake, trial color proof on stamp paper, perf'd (Scott 66TC6), o.g., lightly hinged, very scarce stamp, with luscious rich shade, centered a bit to the top, but is overall a very pleasing example of what had been known as Scott #66 before Scott reclassified it as a trial color in the Specialized catalog, Very Good to Fine, 2001 P.F. certificate.
