233 /o   imageGerman Colonies: Witu/Swahililand, the Complete Country, Comprises Michel #1-48 & Officials 1-36 plus duplicates of #12 (used on piece) & 17 (unused); 36 of the 72 stamps are signed by Robert Lerche (and others), the rest all bear a pencil signature that we don't recognize plus a few other signature (Richter, Behrens, etc.). We note one stamp (Mi. 14) with a sealed tear, everything else appears to be clean and Fine to Very Fine.
