I. Stevens … chairman of the committee that nominated Mr. Breckinridge for the Presidency."; included is an 8x10" print of Maj. Gen. Isaac I. Stevens who was the first Governor of Washington Territory and killed at the Battle of Chantilly in 1862; cover opened irregularly at left removing part of the postmark, print with light creased and toned spots, Very Good to Fine, Helbock Rarity 8.
