Three printed brochures titled "Franking (Postage Meter) Machines/ General Notes and Instructions," condition is Fine. An excellent basis to write a book about the postal meters of Palestine during the British Mandate.

2130 Sieger No. 223 imagePalestine, 1933 (July 28), Palestine acceptance on 4th South American Graf Zepellin Flight (Sieger 223), 2-13 m Pictorials paying registered rate to GB where a pair Post Office fresh 5d. KGV stamps were applied for the Zeppelin service to Brazil (April 3), with all the appropriate hand stamps and labels, 10 covers known from Palestine, a great rarity, Very Fine.
