Germany, Berlin Airlift Collection, 1948, 20 Registered large envelopes sent from Bremen to New York in a European oversized cover binder; sent from the railway station, these Airmail envelopes have Free of Duty auxiliary markings and a receiver on the reverse; most are franked with the 3DM or 5DM Castle with clear postmarks during the Berlin Airlift, and each was carefully opened; stamps alone catalog $2,550+, Very Fine.
