REVENUES: QV Impressed Duty 3d to £300 mostly CTO with dumb quarter-circle and many additionally with 'SPECIMEN' Hnadstamp
including several with 'SPECIMEN' Inverted, a few separation faults characteristic of this issue but otherwise generally very fine with large-part original gum. A superior set.

This and the next three items are the same format as for the 1906 scenic issue, and we expect these cards were essays for the 1906 header, although the font here was not adopted for the 1906 issue. It is as was used for the 1910 cards.
