EXPEDITION ALLAHABAD' cachet in magenta, "Moradabad" crossed-out & amended to "Badan" apparently in the same ink as used for the cachet, three different 'BUDAUN' b/s, redirected to the nearby town of "Bilsi" with part of an 'EXP[ERIMENTAL] PO/22FE/11' arrival, small repaired tear at the top, vertical fold at left & the flap has been removed. Very few covers from this flight were redirected.
