rich color, large margins all around, Extremely Fine, the largest known block of the 4r 1st Period Eagle issue without overprint, with 2010 M.E.P.S.I. certificate. Scott No. 24b; Estimate $500 - 750.
This block is not
to be confused with the common remainder/reprints. The main differences on the 4r is the darker color and that the design height is 1mm taller than the remainder issues. A block of 4 of the remainder issue accompanies this lot for
