AN ABSOLUTELY STUNNING USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1861 90¢ IN THE DARK BLUE SHADE WHICH IS FAR MORE RARE THAN THE TYPICAL BLUE SHADE.

Only one stamp is graded higher at 95J by the P.S.E. (Siegel Sale 1062, Lot 238, Hammer $10,000). In our opinion, this stamp is compares favorably to the 95J example.
