Lovely mint and some used collection neatly mounted on Scott Specialty pages, largely complete including all the separate Offices for items up to $500 plus, including many complete sets, nearly all mint with a few earlier used, some present both mint and used. Occasional minor flight, but near all Fine-Very Fine, with the used neatly cancelled. Condition generally well above the norm. Excellent opportunity to acquire a solid collection of these always elusive issues, needing only the rarities for completion. Scott cat. exceeds $25,000 for this excellent lot.
