Mail Bid/Internet/Live Internet Auction - June 13, 2020

Since the purchase of Sterling Kingbrook Auctions at the end of 2019, Sterling Stamps has made a few improvements, but still pride our self in providing accurate descriptions with fair minimum start prices, and never overcharge on shipping.

We are doing smaller auctions (typically around 200 lots), but more of them, and moving to live platform bidding, yet keeping the other bidding options still available. With smaller auctions, we hope to keep collectors and dealers interested since we will always offer lots that span the globe.

This auction is loaded with some nice singles, sets, covers, specialty items, and smaller accumulations. We are still offering low start bids and a competitive buyer’s premium (15%) again making this auction appealing to the collector and dealer. Highlights include:

  • Few better US stamps and covers, with a nice selection of revenues and revenue accumulations.
  • Excellent selection of mint PRC
  • Nice Italy and Italian areas mostly on stock pages
  • British Colonies sets and accumulations
We accept bids by snail mail, through our website https://www.auctions.sterlingstamps.com as well as Stamp Auction Network only till 11:30am. At 1pm, we will continue the auction on the internet at our office at which you may bid by phone with prior arrangements (call 810-220-6000).
