Lot 183 - 296a, 4¢ PAN-AMERICAN, CENTER INVERTED ERROR, F-VF RG, 1976 Philatelic Foundation certificate stating "genuine, regummed strengthening a horizontal crease and with two small thin spots." According to the Scott "Catalogue of Errors", 17th Edition, 2019, they are "usually encountered with small faults or DG...value is for an example with usual small faults." Also, it notes that only (97) are known to exist. VERY RARE! Cat($80,000)....$50,000 Sold for US$ 13,500
