The plate block collection begins in the 1930s and continues to the early 1980s. Both are well populated with attractive material. Postal cards are a great group for beginning a collection having better items such as, Scott UX 1, UX 6, UX 15, UX 21, UY 1, and UY 5 and continuing to the late 1990s.
