The 1948-49 period is mainly MLH (the MLH 1949 red ovpts set being 'as is' and is not included in the cat value or taken into account in the estimate), the Goethe set & Relief Fund sets are MUH and the top selvedge of the M/S is MLH with the stamps MUH. The cat value of this section is £4,925 (as MUH, excluding the red ovpts). From 1950 to 1990 the collection is very substantially complete with only a couple of later sets missing.
