paying 4d letter rate for second weight step, the stamps tied by 'PERTH/13JAN21/WA' machine cancel and addressed locally. The pair is electro 1R26-7 with constant variety Upper right frame flaws [1R26] but with no indication
of the cracked electro [1R27] BW #95(1)k on the right hand unit, suggesting appearance of the crack was in the final 1921 printings. (Image1) (Image2)
