1932 1d GV (with "OFFICIAL" ovpt) Education Dept p/c. Very late use, canc Te Kuiti cds 19 AU 35, to Hangatiki School. Very minor edge tone, otherwise fine. The postage rate was reduced from 1d to ½d on 1 June 1932 & few schools received supplies
of this card. This example was "overpaid "by ½d at the time it was used (probably of little concern to the school master). Rare.
