separate Hagner page in looseleaf binder. Emphasis is on variety of stamp frankings, incl many to addresses abroad. Noted 1d red-brown imperf SG 7 ('black' plate 5) canc black MC, 1d SG 8 (x 5), 2d blue imperf SG 14, ½d SG 49 pl 6 with "Refused"
