Chicago 1860s Postmark Group, small group of 17 covers from 1860 to 1864, includes 2c Black Jack on circular rate cover, illustrated cover for "Wheeler & Wilson's Sewing Machines" with blue cut cork denoting difficulty with delivery, "Due 3" straight-line and circled markings, "Held for Postage" in oval on reverse of partial cover, advertising cover for "New York Life Insurance Company" with "NB" initial postmark, and pair of November 15, 1863 covers, one with "RA" initial postmark and one without, proving that this was the last day of use of this postmark, some small faults but generally a fine group, worth close inspection (Image 1)
