Fine and rare; 2014 Moorhouse certificate stating "...it is a genuine usage but I am unable to confirm that it was used in the correct time period. I am unable to decipher the despatch duplex cds but the oval date stamp from Quezaltenango is recorded
as being known used in the 1891-92 period though an earlier use is, of course, possible. (Image 1)
