13 VOLUME SCOTT INTERNATIONAL COLLECTION,mint and used, hinged to album pages which range from 1840 to 1979. Most countries appear sparse with the occasional country moderately filled to the 1950's. Collection appears to be missing a final volume containing T to Z. Condition and centering both vary with many of the stamps F/VF. A nice collection to supplement your existing worldwide collection or for a dealer to break into country collections.
