Covers (with the letters included) sent from Buenos Aires to France on 26/AU, 20/OC and 14/DE/1890, all franked with 8c. Rivadavia (GJ.54) and dispatched on "BUZON 73", on back they bear transit and arrival marks. The texts, in French, are pleas by a
young man named ALBERT LABATUT asking to send him money because "the situation was very bad with the revolution", with comments about his financial situation, that everything was very expensive, and in the last letter he says "may God forgive you for
