Worldwide Philatelic and Numismatics Public Auction - December 13-15, 2017

Christmas time, mistletoe and wine ...! Just in time for the holiday season, a whole host of philatelic & numisatic gems will be going under the hammer at our 17th e@uction. As well as all the Christmas traditions, you can look forward to three exciting events full of highlights. We will be beginning at 6 p.m., by which time it will already be cold and dark outside. The perfect time to spend the evening participating in the e@auction from your comfort of your own computer.

On the Zeppelin mail front, there is an attractive South America Flight LZ 127 from 1930 (Lot 10083), and China is featured extensively once again with a block of drama stamps (Lot 10435) and imperforate drama stamps (Lot 10434). The second philately evening showcases German philately with a "Help For The Needy" block (Lot 10991), a complete, neatly stamped Laibach airmail set (Lot 11128) and a 3-pfennig yellow-brown Jaluit issue (Lot 11064). Another highlight of the e@uction: a "Kerstfest stamp" (Lot 11417) in MNH condition.

Numismatics enthusiasts will also have the chance to find something special for their Christmas stockings. Why not make someone's day with a commemorative coin celebrating 1,000 years of Dinkelsbühl (Lot 9122) or add a well-maintained Deutsche Mark coin set (Lot 9144) to your collection? A British Cnut from medieval times (Lot 9178) could be an ideal gift for a fellow collector.
