"1c" and "to Jefferson" added, provisional 1c bisect tied by "Jefferson, Iowa/Oct 13, 1895" c.d.s., Waucoma and Jefferson arrival marks on reverse, cover slightly reduced at left, inconsequential vertical file folds and with some peripheral edge faults, fine; an elusive cover as only twenty of these bisects were used.
