According to our knowledge "FUSAN CUSTOMS / MAIL MATTER" marking was only seen on a 5 candarins Large Dragon thin paper stamp before, like this one with light blue-violet color. Among the three Chinese Imperial Customs Post offices, Seoul, Jenchuan and Fusan in Korea used CUSTOMS / MAIL MATTER markings, the "FUSAN CUSTOMS / MAIL MATTER" marking is the rarest, only two stamps including this copy and two covers (one with doubt) have so far been found.
