Note: Letter is rated "Ir (ish) 3, Br (itish) 11 1. 2.". Irish portion of the rate 3d for the 14 miles Belfast to Donaghadee, was paid to the Irish post office in Dublin. The 11d, the British portion being 2d packet and 9d mileage, making the 1/2
