Alongside showing vermillion double circle KG "Rikuzen Oinokawara -.2.8" in transit and arrival KG "Rikuzen Tomeshi -.2.9.". Envelope with faults at base and bottom (torn on opening), and with full contents. A very desirable cover bearing the scarcest syllabic for this value.
