1908 KROPF – REPRINTS: Special reprint in black of all printing clichés still available at the Postal Archive in 1908 made for H.Kropfs book ‘Die Postwertzeichen des Kaisertums Österreich’ Praha, 1908. Apparently 265 clichés were imprinted on (according to Ing. Müller) 5 leaves, one page included foremost essays and not accepted proof clichés for an after 1867 issue, the following offer unfortunately includes only 4 pages and even most recent literature available acknowledges only the existence of these 4 leaves, the whereabouts of the 5th leave is totally unknown (we personally doubt the existence of a 5th sheet), today there are maximum 3-4 still complete sheets known of each compilation 1908 Compilation of 70 clichés in black on A3 yellowish carton sheet of the 1st to the 5th issue including Lombardy Venetia, also showing several clichés of unissued or prepared values like 1850 12kr and 60c, very rare
