1938: Danish parcel card, GF 53 for a parcel sent from "HUMBLE 1.6.38", transportation to
KGH paid with DK50 öre. On the reverse is noted on the talon: "80 öre i Frimärker er pr brev sendt til Grönlands Styrelse. Til befordringen til Grönland" (80 öre has been sent separately, to cover the postage to Greenland), however KGH only franked
with a 70 öre violet, Thiele printing, cancelled with bridge type cds. "GRÖNLANDS STYRELSE 2.IV.38". A most interesting and very beautiful card (a small tear in the card at top is mentioned for correctnes). Cert. Wowern (1997). Provenance:
