755 image1852/1954: Comprehensive, principally used collection in four volumes covering the stamps and postal stationery and their usage. The 1852 imperforate issue is represented with 28 copies including three 15c orange. We noted different plates and cancellations. The 1864 issue comprises 21 single copies as well as a clean and very attractive letter dated 1865 from UTRECHT to LONDON bearing the 15c. Later iussues are also well represented with two copies of the 1898/99 10 G orange, as well as two of the centenary 1913 10 G. The 1923 Silver Jubilee is also twice complete to 5G. Subsequent issues enjoy an excellent degree of completeness with many charities sets also on cover. There are also a couple of Zeppelin flights to South America in 1932 and an ABEL TASMAN flight in May 1931. The back of the book is also very interesting with postage dues and a fine used HAARDERWIJK internment camp stamp. The condition is generally very good throughout. 760 image1855/1962: Attractive and very clean in the early section used collection in five volumes beginning with a very fine section of the 1855 4sk blue lion with axe containing thirteen copies, many plated and with certificates Kaiser. Of particular interest in this section is a D plate pos 41 copy with an almost complete strike KRAGEROE. Furthermore we noted a fine inland letter from DRAMMEN to AASGAARDSTRAM also with certificate. The 1856/57 King OSKAR I issue contains many choice copies with attractive postmarks. The 1867 "Coat of Arms" section contains two letters to Switzerland, including one underpaid and taxed. Later noteworty stamps include 1882 21mm high 12 oere green, cancelled neatly with double circle cancel, 1930 NORTH CAPE 30 oere blue on North German Lloyd postcard and on cover. The occupation issues contain the exceptionally rare 50 oere violet used with two certificates. The collection is rounded off with many mint issues and some booklets. A very recommendable lot.
