The deficiency paid by 1926-30 12 c postage due (R2/2 on sheet) a superb example of exceptional colour, tied by very fine type D8 ZANZIBAR cds dated DE 23 30, (with matching arrival cds on reverse, ex Griffith-Jones (listed F71 on p. 567 of his book) and Sturton, a very rare and desirable cover, choice quality and most attractive showing the blue crayon number 129 at left relating to a register of unpaid mail kept at the GPO between Sept 1930 and Aug 1932 only, SUP!
