The dollar values of the unwatermarked Bureau issues had the top selvage cut to accommodate the available perforating machine. Therefore, no top plate numbers exist for the dollar values in any form. The unique plate block was recently offered in our sale of the MLG Collection.

Plate 84 is the only one used for this issue, and plate number examples are only known from the bottom of the sheet, since the tops were trimmed prior to perforating.
