At Parahyba, the supply of 5,000r stamps had been exhausted. The local post office authorized the overprinting of thirteen of the 20,000r stamps on hand. Some were sold at Parahyba, and some were sold at Recife. Only five examples used on Zeppelin mail are known. One of the others, used from Parahyba, is offered in the previous lot.
