Feb. 13, 1899" duplex datestamp and oval on bronze "U.S. Flagship Philadelphia" corner card cover to Rockland Me., red "U.S.F.S. PHILADELPHIA" straightline handstamp at left and bottom, slightly reduced at right, Very Fine, an interesting contrast to lot 4315 as the second part of the red handstamp ("2nd Rate") was purposefully struck off the cover, ex Pietsch (Image) E. 750-1,000
