CIRCULAR" with stamp affixed over the word "Circular" since it was an ordinary first-class letter, small edge tears at bottom and some slight wear, still Very Fine, an early use of the 1851 Issue and very rare corner-margin 3c Orange Brown, the use of a return address envelope at this early date is also unusual (Image)
