652 og Madagascar (Malagasy Republic) Unused Collection, 1895-1960. Incl. Navigation issue of Diego Suarez, Nossi-Be and St. Marie de Madagascar, Madagascar proper begins with "Poste Francaise" overprint used, then unused there onwards, mostly complete with the exception of the few early rarities, majority of the collection from 1908 Issue is Mint N.H. which is a surprisingly difficult task to undertake as indicated in the Yvert pricing multiple for never hinged, incl. a few listed errors such as Yvert 112a, 120a, 122a and 144a, wonderfully fresh colors throughout and overall remarkably well-centered, mostly Very Fine, Yvert value
