FINE APPEARANCE. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED FORWARDED USE OF THE 2-CENT MOBILE PROVISIONAL.

Docketing notes "Private in Mobile Dragoons" and so this should not have been charged forwarding postage. It also appears to have been missent to Brookville. A very interesting use. (Image)
