1269 c Telegraph Cover Balance, 1860's-1900's. Huge balance of covers and telegrams in nine full binders, many hundreds of items, largely alphabetical after the first volume, essentially all from the post-consolidation period so none listed in ASCC, some covers entered the mails so a range of stamp issues to be found from 1860's forward incl. some telegraphy stamps, huge variety of illustrated and colorful designs, mixed condition and flaws will be found -- especially on the 1860's-70's stamped covers, but overall a Fine-Very Fine holding, Mr. Born focused much effort on these later periods of telegraphic postal history so some of these are no doubt scarce
