387		1c Express, Part Perforated (R1b). 395		3c Telegraph, Part Perforated (R19b). 396		4c Proprietary, Part Perforated (R22b). Block of four, unused (no gum), brilliant color, perf separations sensibly reinforced VERY FINE. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED BLOCK OF THE PERFORATED 4-CENT PROPRIETARY ISSUE AND THE FINEST OF THE FEW KNOWN MULTIPLES. The largest unit of the 4c Proprietary Perforated stamp is a repaired strip of six. This block of four is the only recorded block. In addition, there is a rejoined strip of four and a strip of three.
