1c Blue, Patriotic Covers (63). 11 Patriotic covers (eight illustrated) plus two Sanitary Fair related, also one folded letter with 5c and 1c stamps sent north from Union-occupied New Orleans in 1864, nice range in the illustrated designs incl. a Magnus design with American flag, shield, anchor and allegorical figures, large size cover with stylized shield and flags, Lincoln-Hamlin "Constitution and the Union" campaign cover, two McClellan covers incl. one illustrated and one embossed design used from Key West Fla., several others, one of the Sanitary Fair with an illustrated shield, mixed condition with all the better illustrated covers containing flaws that prevented them from being offered individually, still a worthwhile group (Image)
