1011 /o/    6-9, 9½, 11¼ imageMexico, 1861, Second Issue Collection Group. 115 mostly used stamps representing 11 districts, the most common being Orizava and Tampico while the scarcest are probably Tula, Tulancingo and Victoria, includes excellent Chalco, couple of Lagos splits tied to pieces, good showing of Maravatio including a few sub-offices, there are eight Tulancingo including a ½r, Follansbee catalog $3,191 and additionally several cover are also present, almost all F.-V.F.
