of plate pairs, blocks and strips encompassing nearly all (if not all) numbers and combinations, in addition there are approximately 130 full sheets showing different plate number combinations (Scott cat $7,100+ alone), many
designer/engraver signed items as well as a letter and notes regarding this issue, used multiples, shade study including #703a blocks, vignette shifts, cover section including better hand-painted FDC's and a full sheet used tied on cover with
