June 26, 1928 was the date of the Democratic National Convention opening in Houston where Al Smith was nominated. Since Smith stayed in New York, we believe "He's in Houston" refers to the appearance of Woodrow Wilson at the convention. Cover is handmade airmail envelope with Red & Blue Boxed Biplane c/c & "VIA/AIR MAIL" hand-stamped over it.
