593 O O1/126 #O1/126, Comprehensive used officials collection, consisting of 117 different on pages, being complete for all issues except the dollar value State Department issues and the 1c Agriculture and 24c Interior on soft paper, neither of the latter were regularly used, includes then a number of better values including all the Executive issues and the higher denominations of the hard paper issues, some of which are quite scarce, condition varies as would be expected in a used collection of these, more often in terms of centering than in faults, however there are some attractive examples with nice centering and attractive cancels, majority are fine-very fine; certainly a most difficult collection to bring to this level of completeness. $9,473.35
