#22c, 1c Green and black, imperforate horizontally, mint vertical strip of five containing two such error pairs, from the unique pane of 100 in which the top five rows of perforations were omitted, wonderfully well centered, deep rich colors, o.g. which is somewhat soiled as always on these, choice very fine; this is the unique strip of five, with only three other pairs and two strips of three recorded; this strip made its first public appearance in our September 1996 sale of the James B.
