#2, 1886 "Martinique/5c" Small surcharge on 20c Red on green, strong rich color, full o.g., faint trace of gum toning which is endemic to this stamp, fine; one of the rarest stamps in all of the French Colonies, only one sheet of fifty was printed, but only a very few actually still exist today, and the other copies that we are aware of have faults to some degree, making this actually one of the finest examples available; signed A.
