I, a most impressive mint example of one of the most frustratingly difficult 19th Century stamps to find in any premium quality, as this stamp features far better centering than typically found, but most desirable of all is its color, which is incredibly rich in a particularly dark Brownish carmine shade, deeply etched impression as well, fresh clean o.g., lightly hinged, extremely fine; a rare stamp in this exceptional condition; 1978 and 2010 PF certificates.
