Covers Sorted by Denomination
Each denomination and design is listed with the paper types that exist.
Where there exist more than one paper type the paper types are listed with their covers.
Since on cover, all the paper types can not be distinguished, we have grouped the similar
paper types. Papers 1, 2, and 4 are noted as (1a), Paper 3 is (3a), Papers 5 and 6
are noted as (5a), Papers 7 and 8 are noted as (7a), Paper 9 is (9a) and Papers 10-14 are
noted as (10a). If only one paper type exists, the paper type does not need to be noted.
Those are not as "Only". Burelage is indicated where it exists for the paper types that
use burelage. "b" indicates Burelage, "n" indicates no Burelage, "b/n" indicates both
exist for that paper type.
