BOLIVIA, 1867-68, 5c Deep Green (1b). Vertical pair, position 39/51, huge margins to full, deep rich color, cancelled by bold "Sta. Cruz" straightline cancel on 1868 folded letter to Cochabamba, while the handstamp doesn't tie the stamp it does slightly bleed thru and can be seen on the inner sheet, slight gum stains and minor surface scrape on bottom stamp, otherwise Very Fine and scarce, ex Ortiz-Patino, with 2008 Scheller certificate (not mentioning any faults) (Image)
