A GORGEOUS UNUSED EXAMPLE OF ONE OF THE RAREST OF ALL THE SEYCHELLES 1893 SURCHARGE ERRORS.

The Hopkins & McCloy handbook noted this as unique. It is believed that one or two more exist.
