Three each of 3c and 10c, two of 12c, each with bold red Baltimore "Dot in Circle" foreign mail cancel, also additional 10c with red Baltimore circle of wedges foreign mail cancel, a couple small flaws, overall Very Fine strikes, two sound P.F. certificates accompany for 10c and 12c, graded 80 and 75 respectively, Scott Retail for stamps with red cancels without premium for the foreign mail aspects (Image)
